Recorded in England. © MCA Records Inc. MFD by Inelco Nederland BV. Amsterdam. Comes with 12-page 12" stapled sleeve insert reading lyrics, score-details and stills from the movie. This particular Dutch version with cat.nr. MCA 2-11000, and then only the two vinyl records of this initial Dutch pressing, was manufactured in The Netherlands by Inelco, but was distributed in imported U.S. printed covers, including U.S. printed lyrics booklets; the cover is, contrary to other (or later issues) made of non-laminated cardboard. The country details can be found at the very bottom of the gatefold's back cover, where it states the full U.S. address of MCA Records and "Printed in U.S.A."; at the very bottom right of the back cover there's also the logo of the RIAA (Record Industry of America Association). The lyrics booklet, at the back page, shows the same details, including "Printed in U.S.A".
