Placing an order on our webshop is easy and very safe. You can walk through the items through our shop and select the P [Late, CD or Single that you want to buy. Place it in your shopping basket and if you are ready to place the order, go to your shopping cart, check everything again and go to the checkout. You can add the shipping information there and which payment option you want to use. You can also choose to pick up the order from our warehouse. After payment you will receive an email confirmation by e -mail.

We process the orders every working day between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. and we try to process as much as possible immediately. If you want to change or cancel your order, it is best to contact us as soon as possible via email. We can only make changes with orders that have not yet been sent. Once the order has been sent, we cannot make or cancel changes.

If you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased, it is best to contact us. We always find a solution where sending back is the last resort. Contact us via the contact page

How long it takes to send depends on your address and the shipping method that you have selected. Shipping in the Netherlands goes within 1 or 2 days while international shipping can take 2 to 4 weeks. We will send you a track & trace number if we have sent the order so that you can view the current status.

Yes, we send to many countries in the world. The rates differ per country and you see in the shopping cart at the Checkout. Note that there are different customs rates or import tariffs per country. We are happy to send orders to everyone but we are not aware of all regulations. That is why you are responsible for any additional costs.

At Vinleers we place great value on the quality of our records and CDs. That is why we carefully degree every plate and cover according to a standard system, namely the Goldmine Standard. YouFind more information here. This system assesses the plates on a scale of Mint, Near Mint, Very Good+, Very Good, Good, Fair and Poor. Every detail counts for us, from the smallest scratch to the overall state of the cover.

We are generally stricter than other collectors: when a plate has a slight damage or is doubtful in which category it falls, we always opt for a lower classification. As a result, our customers are always assured of the quality they expect, or even better.
