Marketed, manufactured and distributed by EMI Printed In Holland 1A 138-64156/7 on spine and back. 1C 164-64156/7 on labels. The runouts of this version are reading EMI Electrola GmbH (Germany) was involved in the release for an unknown role about the sides B and C, whereas the lacquers for the sides A and D were cut at Bovema / EMI Studios in The Netherlands.
