(In 1971, Ariola took over the distribution rights for continental Europe of Bronze and Island releases from Philips' Phonogram. Regular Vertigo releases stayed with Phonogram. Ariola subsequently reissued most of the Bronze back catalogue with new cat. nrs., some in their 'HT' mid-price range.)
