Apple label variation with title at top of label and all on one line, and "Mfd. by Apple" on sliced side
This a Picture Sleeve.  It is The 4th version (type 4-J).  

It has a layout similar to that of the 3rd variation, but with minor differences. To correct the problem of having the songwriters credit on the side-1 obliterated by the center hole, "J. Lennon" and "P. McCartney" are separated by an inch of space. On side-2, the song title "FOR YOU BLUE" is on 3 lines rather than 1 line. these corrected Jacksonville pressings have glossy dark green apple labels.

Here is the info on The 3rd version (type 3-J).  This is to help with more info this version (type 4-J).  The 3rd version (type 3-J) has the song titles in small print and the group's name in micro print. The song title and songwriters credit runs along the top of the apple on the side-1 and in the upper left part of the apple on the side-2. The "(J. Lennon-P. McCartney)" credit on the side-1 is too close to the top of the center hole, which cuts through the credit on many copies of the disk. These Jacksonville pressings have glossy dark green apple labels with "MFD. BY APPLE...." perimeter print on side-2.
