Printed inner sleeve with lyrics and artwork. Back cover also lists "Underground Records" but that this is the sole mention of that "label". Front cover was done without the knowledge of the band. Their front cover idea is printed on the inner sleeve. Needless to say the band was not happy with the final front cover.
