Notes:

Issued in a high gloss gatefold sleeve. Individually numbered on the reverse, machine stamped in silver foil block. The discs are marbled powder blue and held in polylined die cut white paper inner sleeves. There is a 12" square insert, printed on both sides. The package did not come shrink-wrapped, rather in a PVC outer cover with a flap. The flap is moulded with the series insignia. There is a circular transparent sealing sticker with silver text. Also applied to the PVC cover is a large hype sticker with silver foil block. ℗ 2015 Van Productions Limited, British Broadcasting Corporation and TriStar Productions, Inc., under exclusive license to Sony Classical, a division of Sony Music Entertainment. Limited Edition of 500 Copies. C20, D22 and D23 are shown as being bonus tracks. 180 gram audiophile vinyl. Made in the E.U. Runouts are etched.
