Notes:

Edition of 1000, hand-numbered on back of sleeve. Sleeves are printed on yellow, orange, or pink paper (other colors may exist). Most are printed in a lightweight blue ink that may appear green, brown, black, or violet, according to the underlying paper color. Other inks may also have been used. (See Images.) Most copies have a square sticker with a pig applied in the center of Kim Fowley's liner-notes, but in some cases the sticker is included loose. Issued with at least two versions of an insert, both of which mention "The Oppressed Peoples' Band' (which may have been a Buttsteak alter-ego or alternate name).
