Limited blue vinyl reissue of 3,000 copies, sold exclusively at the exhibition "David Bowie Is" at the Art Museum, MAMbo in Bologna, Italy, from July 14th to November 13th, 2016.
An additional undisclosed number of copies were later made available in Italy only for Record Store Day, 22 April, 2017.

The single was originally released in Italy in 1970: [r=3773652.
This new version is released in a variation of its original Italian picture sleeve and with a different B-side to the original.

First catalogue number printed on front on circular hype stickers, on both labels, and hand-etched in both runouts: 0190295969066.
Second catalogue number printed on rear of sleeve, and on both labels: DBISIT 2016.

Barcode sticker without a number on plastic wrap.

Runouts are etched and Optimal Media plating symbols are mirrored.

Italian lyrics by Mogol.
The title translates as "Lonely Boy, Lonely Girl", set to Bowie's music for "Space Oddity".
