This album was recorded on August 7, 1945, in New York City for World Broadcasting transcriptions. These recordings utilized the original glass masters for this LP. Runout info is etched. See picture of runout etching TLP The Lacquer Place. Tracks that are under 1 minute are labeled as breakdowns or false starts on the back cover tracklist. On the back cover the track list only shows take numbers spelled out without the full title, but on the record labels, the complete song titles and take numbers (instead of spelling out numbers) are used. Since the latter is more complete, the titles have been edited to match them.
