Packaging: slim double jewel case in carded sleeve "Armen mogen deze cd pikken".("Poor people are allowed to steal this CD"). All copies of this release were sent to the stores, but most retailers removed the carded sleeve because of the text. So only a restricted amount of the complete packaging reached the consumer.
