A Record Store Day 2011 release. Originally listed on RSD's U.S. website as a limited edition of 750. However some copies have a sticker, with a different barcode than the one listed here (5099909812413), placed over the original. Some sources indicate these were released by Anti records in a further edition of 1000 (see edit history). Features three previously unavailable versions of Evil. CD is in cardboard sleeve. 12" has blood red with silver glitter vinyl.
