Originally released Friday, August 10, 1979 by Epic Records (35745). Special Edition Bonus Material: "Don't Stop 'Til You Get Enough" (Original Demo From 1978). "Workin' Day And Night" Original Demo From 1978). Also contains new interviews with Producer Quincy Jones and Songwriter Rod Temperton discussing the making of "Off The Wall," and new booklet including new photos. Due to the fact that the bonus demos are Michael Jackson's original home demo recordings some distortion is unavoidable. Album recorded in Los Angeles from first session at Cherokee Studio 3, on Monday December 4, 1978, through last day of album mix-down at Westlake Studios on Sunday June 3, 1979. Recorded and mixed by Bruce Swedien using the Acusonic Recording Process. Rhythm tracks and vocals recorded at Allen Zentz Recording. Horns recorded at Westlake Audio.
