Tracks 16 to 19 recorded live at Muziekcentrum Vredenburg, Utrecht on 25th September 1990 for VPRO Radio 3, Holland. Engineer for NOB. Art direction and design for v23. Manufactured and distributed in Benelux by PLAY IT AGAIN SAM Label: Made in Austria Issued in standard jewel case with 16 page inner booklet No track time on this release. Comes with a sticker "Limited edition including live tracks" on front case Indexed differently to the UK & US CDs - the "Well, that's the way I learned" sample is on the beginning of 'Lovely Day' rather than the end of 'Distance Equals Rate Times Time', hence the difference in track times.
