New Jersey 07035. The LP manufactured in 1974 with black labels / silver text. The back jacket's address is 8295 Sunset Blvd., Los Angeles, CA. 90046. This address is different from the Billboard ad by the company, November 15, 1975, pp 8 and 9. Link in submission notes.
