Issued in a clear PVC wallet and plain white die-cut gatefold sleeve containing: the vinyl packaged in a white inner sleeve with credits printed on it, the CD packaged in a white die-cut cardboard sleeve and an LP-size 24 page booklet with lyrics and artworks. Sticker on outer PVC wallet.

Track A2 and CD2 (Chained) contains a sample of the recording 'Lilies Of The Nile' as performed by 'The Crusaders'. Courtesy of The Verve Music Group, under license from Universal Music Enterprises.
