Side A: When playing: It plays from inner groove to outwards rim.

Record title, production information and track titles are all etched into the vinyl. However, the track titles are etched into the wrong sides:
- Side A etching states "1. Quadrasonic 2. Back Road To Nirvana" but actually contains the tracks "Adrenalin" and "Beauty Of Decay" (listed in that order as the record plays from the middle towards the edge due to a special cut).
- Side B etching states "1. Adrenalin 2. Beauty Of Decay" but contains the tracks "Quadrasonic" & "Back Road To Nirvana", cut normally from the edge towards the middle.

Track durations and BPM are not provided on the record.
