40th Anniversary Limited Edition Picture Disc
Including Previously Unreleased Live Version

UK: HMV exclusive design
France: FNAC exclusive design

Uses the same die-cut sleeve as the zoetrope picture disc, but the barcode is stickered with a new barcode.

Runouts are etched.

Hype sticker is on the cover shrink-wrap, with the picture disc issued in a plastic sleeve.

Track B1 is recorded live at Wembley Arena.

Lyrics are printed along the border of the die-cut sleeve.  There is a misprint as "Merry Christmas, I wrapped it up and sent it" should read "Happy Christmas, I wrapped it up and sent it."
