From the booklet: Compiled Dreams is more than just a so called "compilation". It's a short overview about my musical work during the last 10 years. Each title has a special meaning to me. "Heartbeat" is a recording which I made in 1988 especially for the first CD release on my own label "Timeless Sounds" (which I called later "Musique Intemporelle"). Also "Shimmering Blue In An Artificial Sky" was recorded live in 1988 in Berlin during the very exciting "Electronic Goes Benefit" festival. "Forget The Past" is a special "drumless" version of a title which is released on my latest album "Thoughts". "Lost In Thoughts" was a special composition I made for the 10th anniversary of the Netherlands e.m. organization KLEM. This was made in 1989. "Mindstudy I" is as well as "The Pleasures Of Live" produced in April, 1997. These pieces are released on this album for the first time. My works continues and new ideas will crystalize in beautiful music... Bernd Kistenmacher • September 1997. Packaged in a standard jewel case with black tray and 4-page booklet.
