Cat Stevens
British singer and songwriter Cat Stevens rose to global fame in the 1970s with his poetic lyrics and melodic folk-pop. With timeless songs such as "Father and Son", "Wild World" and "Morning Has Broken", Cat Stevens touched millions of listeners. His music was defined by simplicity, warmth and spiritual depth. Interestingly, in 1979 Cat Stevens changed his name to Yusuf Islam after converting to Islam, though he later continued to release music under both names.
