Order

How do I place an order on the website?

Placing an order on our webshop is easy and completely secure. You can browse through our shop and select the record, CD, or single you would like to purchase. Add the item to your cart, and when you're ready to place your order, go to your cart to review everything before proceeding to checkout. There, you can enter your shipping details and choose your preferred payment method. You also have the option to collect your order from our warehouse. After completing your payment, you will receive a confirmation email.

Can I change my order after placing it?

We process orders every business day between 09:00 and 17:00 and aim to handle them as quickly as possible. If you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@vinyleers.com and include your order number. We can only make changes to orders that have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order by contacting us via email at info@vinyleers.com. Please note that we process orders during business hours, so we recommend reaching out as soon as possible.

Where can I track the status of my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace link. This allows you to follow the delivery step by step via the carrier.

I haven’t received a confirmation email, what should I do?

First, please check your spam or junk mail folder. If you still haven’t received anything, contact us at info@vinyleers.com. It’s possible that the email address was entered incorrectly or that something went wrong with the order. We’ll be happy to help you further!

Shipping & Delivery

What is the delivery time for an order?

Shipping time depends on your address and the shipping method you selected. Orders within the Netherlands are generally delivered the next business day, and deliveries to Belgium usually take 1 to 2 business days. International shipping can take between 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the destination country. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace number so you can check the current delivery status.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and depend on the weight of your order and the destination country. You will see the exact amount before completing your payment.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping rates vary by country and will be shown in your cart at checkout. Please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on the destination. While we are happy to ship internationally, we are not aware of all local regulations, so any additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.

How are records packaged for shipping?

We carefully pack our records in sturdy, specially designed LP mailers. To prevent damage during transit, the record is removed from the sleeve and packed separately inside the box. This ensures your order arrives safely.

What should I do if my package arrives damaged?

Please contact us as soon as possible and send clear photos of both the packaging and the damaged item. We will review the situation and work with you to find a suitable solution. You can reach us at info@vinyleers.com.

Product (New & Second-hand)

What does the condition (grading) of a second-hand record mean?

At Vinyleers, we place great value on the quality of our records and CDs. That’s why we carefully grade every record and sleeve according to a standardized system: the Goldmine Standard. You can find more information here.

This system evaluates records on a scale of Mint, Near Mint, Very Good+, Very Good, Good, Fair, and Poor. Every detail matters to us — from the smallest scratch to the overall condition of the sleeve.

Can I pick up a product in person?

Yes, it is possible to collect your order. During checkout, you can select the “Pick up” option. Once your order is ready, you will receive a message from us with further instructions.

How do I know if a record is new or second-hand?

Each product has a label in the top left corner indicating whether it is “second-hand” or “new.” Green means second-hand, and red means new.

We also offer second-hand records that look like new. These are marked as “Like New.”

How can I keep my records in good condition?

Why is there such a price difference between the same record?

Some albums have multiple pressings. The first pressing is often the most sought-after by collectors. When it sells out, a repress or re-issue follows, which may have minor differences, such as a different cover or heavier vinyl. An album can also be remastered for better sound quality. Small details, like differences in artwork or pressing errors, can make a version extra special. For more details, check out our blog on how we determine prices.

Not satisfied & refunds

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 2 weeks. We will always work with you to find a solution. You can email us at info@vinyleers.com.

When will I receive my refund?

We refund the amount directly to the same payment method you used when placing your order. Depending on the payment method, it may take a few business days for the funds to appear in your account.

We accept various secure payment methods, including iDEAL/WERO, credit card, and PayPal. The available options will be displayed during checkout.

Can I pay afterwards?

We love records, but we believe you should only buy them when you can afford them. That’s why we do NOT offer post-payment options.
