Crippled Black Phoenix

Crippled Black Phoenix is a British band formed in 2004 by multi-instrumentalist Justin Greaves. The music of Crippled Black Phoenix is often described as a blend of post-rock, progressive rock and doom, featuring cinematic and atmospheric compositions. With albums such as “I, Vigilante”, “Mankind, the Crafty Ape” and “Bronze”, they built a devoted international following. An interesting fact is that the band has jokingly referred to themselves as “a collective of people who happen to make music together,” since their lineup has changed frequently over the years.
