Disc 3 (Shiver) plays at 45 rpm on side A and 33 1/3 rpm on side B. Disc 8 (The Scientist) is marked 45 rpm on the side A label and 33 1/3 rpm on the side B label, but in fact both sides play at 33 1/3 rpm. Disc 9 (Clocks) is marked 33 1/3 rpm on both labels, but both sides play at 45 rpm. All other discs play at 45 rpm on both sides.
Sides E to T are labelled as "A" and "B" on each respective disc. Sides U to AD are labelled as "X" and "Y" on each respective disc, in keeping with the various labelling conventions of the original singles.
Incorrect credits on discs 1 and 2 (The Blue Room E.P.), reprinted from the 12" version ([r=3188854): sleeve credits (but not the main tracklist) refer to tracks A2 and A3 instead of B1 and B2, and to track B1 instead of track C1.
Incorrect credits on disc 6 (Don't Panic), reprinted from the 12" version ([r=993490): both vinyl and sleeve credits mark that side A contains two tracks ("Don't Panic" and "You Only Live Twice (Live From Norway)") and side B contains "Bigger Stronger (Live From Norway)". However there's no A2 on this 7-inch, and side B contains "You Only Live Twice (Live From Norway)".
Incorrect credits on disc 7 (In My Place), reprinted from the 12" version ([r=639917): "mixed by" credit on sleeve refers to a track B2 that doesn't exist.
Incorrect credits on discs 14 (What If) and 15 (The Hardest Part): in both cases, the inner sleeves entirely duplicate the credits from disc 12 (Fix You) in error, referring to a non-existent "edit" on each respective A-side and a B-side in each case that was recorded at Parr Street Studios, Liverpool, and Air Studios, London, even though both discs in fact feature B-sides recorded at live shows. As a result, the Tom Lord-Alge remix of What If on side AA is uncredited.
Discs with stamped runouts pressed at Portal Space, identified by format, font and spacing of matrix numbers, and by the letters "PS" on discs 8 (The Scientist) and 9 (Clocks). A separate pressing of this box ([r=1071874) has discs 4 (Yellow), 6 (Don't Panic), 12 (Fix You) and 13 (Talk) pressed at GZ, identified by format of code stamped in runouts.
Discs 8 (The Scientist), 9 (Clocks), 11 (Speed Of Sound) and 12 (Fix You) appear to have been pressed using the metalwork from the original 7-inch single releases in 2002, 2003 and 2005.
