The booklet features selected lyric lines from each song of CD1 (In Dream). "Thanks to our family and friends and everyone who has helped. Special thanks to Cromi." Early Editors store copies were available with A4 signed print (see image). Recordstore.co.uk exclusively sold signed copies on their website as a pre-order prior to the official release date. "All The Kings" is roughly 3:42 long, and it's followed by a short instrumental that's not listed on the sleeve. The instrumental is actually an excerpt from the song "Harm", which can be found in its entirety on disc 2 Made in the EU.
