Cover has a print glued in place, but not a photograph as on the first edition. This particular version has an image of a water tower.
Hand-drawn cross & catalogue number and Constellation logo stamp on back cover.
Inserts: a brown on light-blue locomotive etching & an envelope containing the credit sheet, a handbill from a previous show, a blueprint of "faulty schematics for ruined machine" and a Canadian penny (or in some cases a US cent) flattened by a train.
Track titles etched in the runouts.
