This is a Dutch pressing with the blue rimmed palmtree Island label design released with a gatefold cover.
Other STEMRA versions with this cat# were released in single covers and are pressed in Germany:
10436140 is an earlier repress version without bass cleef on side B of the labels and minor size perimeter text in the lower half of the labels.
5561491 is a later repress with bass cleef on side B of the labels with bigger perimeter text about 2 till 10 o'clock.
