Recorded at Stúdíó Sýrlandi, Iceland in May / June 1991 and September 1992

On the cover of the CD are also in small print translations of the album title in three languages: 'Dead Horse', 'En død hest' and 'Equus Mortuus'

Dauður Hestur is a studio collaboration album with Roli Mosimann that was released after the band was put out of business. It contains partly music from movie ’Remote Control’ (Sódóma Reykjavík). Thus tracks 3, 6 and 7 are also on the soundtrack album Various - Sódóma Reykjavík
(Track 3 Party Town is ’Partýbær’)

Leaflet contains some photographs of the band with a short history written in Icelandic by Valgarður Bragason

In the end of credits is in Icelandic ’Special thanks to Óskar Jónasson and Björk Guðmundsdóttir, without their encouragement these recordings would never have been realized’.
