Some of the initial copies of the box set contained a defective pressing of the “Rock ‘N’ Roll” LP. On those copies, track M4, which was supposed to be “You Can't Catch Me”, was a repeat of track M7, “Sweet Little Sixteen.” Universal set up a replacement program for those who received the defective LP.
All LPs in this box set were released individually later in 2015. Links to those releases, which are the same pressings as those contained in this box set, contain all details/credits:
John Tout is incorrectly credited with playing the acoustic guitar on track C2. He actually played the piano on this track, per a May 1998 interview with Opening Out. External links are not allowed, so the link to the article is not provided here.
