Released on a blue/silver Decca label with ''unboxed'' logo.

Different pressing and labels from [r5003288 : deep groove (68-70 mm pressing ring) on both sides.
Side A label has: 'ORIGINAL RECORDING BY' upper left rim, no '(Regd.)' beside large 'Decca', no speed indication over rights credits (left), 'John Mayall's Bluesbreakers' in 2 lines, inverted 'ZAL 7995' between 2 crosses.
Side B label has: MADE in ENGLAND BY' upper left rim, '(Regd.)' beside large 'Decca', speed indication over rights credits (left), 'John Mayall's Bluesbreakers' in 1 line (bottom), inverted 'ZAL 7996' without crosses.
On both labels recording rights (bottom): (P) 1967

Recorded At Decca Studios, West Hampstead On 12Th July 1967..

The cover is laminated on the front only.

On the front cover only John Mayall is credited as main artist, on the label this is corrected.
“Oh, Pretty Woman” on sleeve, “Pretty Woman” on label.
