General notes about this release (please note: our version may differ a little. see the comments above):

"I felt extremely proud as an Australian to have done my own concert at Carnegie Hall. Some of my Australian friends were there - friends I had met 15 years previously, including two of my old school friends - and there were friends from Holland, England, Scandinavia and New Zealand. It was a very emotional experience for me to realise the dream, with those friends who helped me dream is. I only wish you could have been there." Kamahl.
