Recorded at The Lanes, Boston Mass Aug. 1993. Record is a large-hole 45RPM; sleeve is (folded) thick paper stock in black and white artwork, with blank inner. Each side lists all publishing and production info, catalog numbers for both Distortion Records and Moulty Records, and has a printed "SCAREO" notation above the United Pressing identification numbers.
Copyright year on sleeve is 1993, and 1994 on the labels.
