Some copies came with 8 paged lyric booklet and photographs, 10" x 10" booklet is labelled as FAITH 1
Lyrics were not printed in chronological order as on record, lyrics of "The House Is Haunted" are missing

Track B4 "My Candle Burns" is based on the poem by Edna St. Vincent Milay.
