*Exclusive Mix of “Surrender” (track A5) can only be found on this European LP & European Cassette [r=617030 (EPC 463125 4 / 01-463125-30). The intro to this version is different from any of the other versions, this versions sounds more like the version that was played live. To date, this version has not appeared on any CD release. You can listen to this Mix, also known as the “LP Mix” on the YouTube Channel (SongsMusiCanto). Pablo Flores is credited on this mix in the credits. 

Note that some cover art has faded/turned green, there were no exclusive “green covers” released. See photos for various copies that have turned green.
