The first PVC issue of [r=437208 as "Special Limited Edition" included 'Israel' as free 7" single mentioned within an additional black banner on the cover. The altered artwork was also used for following pressings but without inscription. Copies of following pressings exist with square hype sticker (over the black banner of the front sleeve) that states: "featuring Spellbound, Arabian Knights and Halloween - PVC 8903".
