Similar to [r=23160116 but with slightly different cover: the other one has the cat.# on the front, no "MAXI SINGLE" flag on the top left, and no 2nd cat.# (COL 656667 6) on the back.

Runouts are stamped except for the lone letter at the end which is etched.
