Different label layout variant. On this version, the labels are 3 1/2" in diameter as opposed to the standard 4", exposing a 1/4" ring of the wax beyond the run-out grooves. The A-side label has a color blend from Rose to Amber. The B-side label has a color blend from Teal to Amber. The A-side "VANGUARD" lettering aternates between Lt. Blue, Green, Purple & Dk Blue. The B-side "VANGUARD" lettering alternates between Red, Orange, Pink & Yellow. There are also two horizontal Black bars, each appearing above and below the spindle hole. The "Vanguard" Horse and Knight logo appears at the top of the label.

Despite the B side label indicating the presence of a short instrumental version, a vocal version of the same duration as side A plus the instrumental version is recorded on side B. So actually the track list is as follows:
