And on May 7th, 2011 in the "Nieuwe Kerk" (Van Boetzelaer / Mozart) at The Hague (Den Haag).
This CD was issued free and came with the Dutch classical music magazine: LUISTER in 2011.

The 4-page booklet has a track and credits-list.
Booklet and CD are sheltered in a standard jewel case with transparent tray.
