1981 issue of R.O.K. pressed in Germany and distributed in Benelux (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg).

- The rear of the sleeve is exactly the same as the front
- Island Records "i" logo and the cat# 600.417 on the top right corner of the sleeve
- '12 INCH' in large letters printed at an angle on the bottom right corner of the sleeve
- 'AND THE ALBUM "BOY" » 202.913' in the centre below the picture of Bono
- No ® or TM next to the Island logo on either label
- No mention of 'Blue Mountain Music' on either label
- Track A2 listed as 'J. Swallow' on the sleeve & 'Johnny Swallow' on the label.
