This is exactly as advertised on the back cover of some of the Swiss Ex Libris club LPs from the 50s.
Varieton (and Concert Hall) used to be manufactured and distributed by Ex Libris, Switzerland back in the 1950s.
There also seems to exist a German pressing of this LP too. The German issue of it seems to look very similar to the Swiss issue (exact same cover artwork). Not sure if identical with the German issue.
The hand scratched matrix numbers reads as follows:
Matrix number for Side A: POP - 9006 PT 1
Matrix number for Side B: POP - 9006 PT 2
Please have a look at the strange molding of the record too. The labels are dark blue, as in the 2nd scan.
