Israel Children's Festival (Short in Hebrew - Festigal) was being held every year for many decades. In 1989 four of the female artists who participated in the Festigal performed a medley called Festigalbi which was composed of traditional Yemenite songs with funky up-bit electro arrangements. The four singers were - Dafna Dekel, Margalit Tzanani and due sisters Ofira and Ravit Yosefi (all of Yementie origin).
The studio version was recorded and released for radio DJs in 1989 to promote the festigal. It was a private pressing by the Festigal production office without record company or catalog number mentioned. estimated 200 copies were made.
