This limited edition pressing of 1500 copies was released via Parlophone to celebrate the opening of the V&A's "David Bowie Is" at the Groninger Museum, Groningen, Netherlands.
The record was exclusive to the exhibition, which ran from December 11th, 2015 to April 10, 2016.
