Numbered limited edition issued on red vinyl in a glossy gatefold sleeve with glossy printed inner sleeves and a 90.8cm x 60.8cm 6-panel one-sided poster.

An unnumbered edition exists as well.

Track D3 appears correctly as "White Light/White Heat" on inner sleeve and with incorrect white spaces (White Light / White Heat) on the back sleeve.
