This release is very similar to release 1795488 except for a few variations to the text on the labels.
A-side:
3 o'clock - 
Cat number appears as 'A 6844 A' (without *)
Text reads 'CBS Songs Ltd.', and the text - '1986 CBS Inc.' is split differently over two lines.
6 o'clock - the text 'Taken from the LP "BALANCE OF POWER" EPC 26467' appears immediately beneath the writer credit (Jeff Lynne), with 'BALANCE OF POWER' being in uppercase characters.
B-side:
