General notes about this release (please note: our version may differ a little. see the comments above):

Limited edition of 2000 copies on 10" clear green vinyl supplied in stiff clear plastic pocket with illustrated stiff card insert. DVD in similar plastic pocket also supplied as an insert.
Tracklist sequence is as detailed on the vinyl labels, the titles on the insert are listed out of sequence.
