Originally issued in a gatefold sleeve with a dark blue silky ribbon on the front and including a 12 page booklet; 'pink rim' Island labels.
Also reissued on both 'palm tree' and 'blue sunset/moon' Island labels. The ribbon on later issues is red, green or light blue.
