Released in a foldout sleeve, folded from the bottom. Alongside the record, inside the sleeve contains a white piece of paper containing the lyrics for both tracks on the album; a green piece of paper containing the credits of the single and copyright; and a blue piece of paper that holds a catalog of all releases by the record label (up to 1991). All of the papers were printed on an Inkjet printer.
On the green sheet of paper it also includes a section of thank yous that reads, "thanks: joe heitzberg, andy a., tim tate, mark hanford, all the people that loaned us shit (ju kno oo u ar!), j.r. marson, allen ireland, steve fulton, friends, family, miscellaneous cohorts, and dirt fisherman for being far-out and right-on (bob)<big>✌</big>"
