Recorded: 1971 (2-1, 2-2); 1980 (1-1, 1-5, 2-3, 2-4, 2-5, 2-6); 1981 (1-7); 1985 (1-2, 1-3, 1-4).

Track 1-6 is not individually dated in the booklet information but the rear cover includes a sound recording published date of 1983, which does not match any of the dates in the booklet, so presumably is 1-6.
