Released to accompany the Dureco album with.
Uses exactly the same sleeve design as the privately released "Cathedral Supplement" 7" from 1983, the only difference being a pale-yellow print of the artist's name.
Artist is spelled as "Joh Kerr" on the labels.

"Where My Heart Is" was also included with the VA album "Romantiek en Muziek Vo. 2"
