White two-piece sleeve, issued with red paper insert with artwork, thank-yous, and contact address.
Edition of 1000, hand-numbered on back sleeve.
The sleeves were printed on various colored paper, with lower numbers on yellow, later middle numbers on green, and the highest numbers on white [this. Numbers for orange sleeves may be #300-500 or <#100.
