Tracks C1 to C4 were recorded live in London for BBC Radio 1's "The Lock Up" on January 23, 2005. Three of the bonus tracks (C1, C2, C3) are previously unreleased live versions whereas C4 is a live version which was a B-side to limited edition UK CD single of "I'm Not Okay (I Promise)."
